Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
